1. Who we are
Biohack Peptide Tracker ("Biohack", "the App", "we", "us") is developed and operated by Shummus Shah, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@biohacktracker.app.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
3. Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
4. Not medical advice
The App is a personal tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in the App should be treated as a substitute for professional medical guidance. Dosing calculations, half-life estimates, and reminders are provided for informational and organisational purposes only and may not be accurate for your individual circumstances. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any compound, medication, or dosing regimen.
5. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
6. Subscriptions and payment
The App offers a free plan and an optional Premium subscription with additional features (currently: unlimited protocols, dose titration, cycle planning, photo progress logs, and app themes). - Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID / App Store account, currently priced at US$9.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers where offered. - Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. - Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the then-current price. - You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings; deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. - Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a Premium subscription, where applicable. - All payments, billing, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under the App Store's own policies. We do not process or store your payment card details, and we cannot issue refunds directly — refund requests must go through Apple.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the dose, weight, protocol, and photo data you add to the App ("your content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the App's functionality to you. You can delete your content and your account at any time from the Profile screen; see our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the App, including any health-related decisions made using information from the App. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
